Tension control type for the roll
▷ The tention cntrol can be obtainted by two tension rollers and an accurate electromagnetic powder brake in the tension control system with a roll tension control type.
Tension control type for the nip(Opt)
▷ The yarn's tension nipped by a special coated aluminum roller is adjusted by a AC servo motor or AC power not connected to the roller, When emergency stop, the roller is immediately separated. It provides stable tension for any kinds of yarn’s and is especially effective for twisted yarn, achieving take-up of stable tension.
